This first OECD Skills Outlook presents the initial results of the Survey of Adult Skills (PIAAC), which evaluates the skills of 166, 000 adults aged 16-65 in 24 countries. It includes important information and statistics relating to the links between age and skills; skills, learning and health; and the huge geographical differences in literacy, numeracy and problem solving skills.
