Report on key statistics for older workers in the UK, comparing the employment rates of those aged 16-64, and those aged 65 and above, and their different characteristics.The headline finding is that the number of older workers, defined as those working beyond State Pension Age (SPA), almost doubled from 753 thousand in 1993 to 1.4 million in 2011.This report is also accompanied by an animated YouTube video.
